One Hundred Prints You Must Own
By Chris Brady
A visually captivating and thought-provoking collection of must-have prints.
This book is a milestone in my journey, born from a life transformed. Twenty years ago, I quit drinking, and what began as a hobby to fill my days grew into a passion. My daily ritual of shooting, editing, and sharing online led to one of the largest single-artist collections of New York City life at iphotonewyork.com.
My love for photography and publishing drove me to earn a Bachelor’s Degree from City Tech in Brooklyn, where I discovered the art of printing on paper. My first book, Shooting New York in the Raw, sparked a new obsession with the printed image. For One Hundred Prints You Must Own, I’ve curated images captured in unusual lighting, adverse weather, or through layers of glass and reflections—each with an unexpected twist that invites a second look. Through careful editing, I’ve manipulated color, shadow, and focus to uncover fresh narratives and perspectives. Some images are playful, others thought-provoking or daring, but all are crafted to forge a connection.
This book is a visual love letter to the city and its stories.
Available in 17”x25” and 24”x36” artist prints. Visit 100pymo.com for details.

I Photo New York Is Turning 20 Years Old!
I Photo New York is my ode to the New York City. It is a love story told in pictures.
I started the site in 2006 and you can say it is a relic of simpler times. But years ago I turned a hobby into an obsession, and like the postmen of lore, I walked and photographed my city in rain, snow , sleet, or storm for years on end. And then posted the pictures on theweblicist.
The site has thousands of pictures, all categorized and sorted. Chances are, if you are looking for something New York, you’ll find it here. It even has google maps, to enhance your visit.

Shooting NY in the Raw
If I had to pick one picture that sums up life in New York City it would have to be “A Man and His Mannequin in Times Square”.
