A Message From The President

Welcome to the Eternal Optimists Club of New York City, founded by me for the use and enjoyment of entrepreneurs around the world.

About me; I sell pictures. I took a hobby-turned-obsession and built it one of the largest and oldest photo guides of New York City on the web.

But I didn’t always sell pictures. I sold ads and started FOX, FX, and FOXNews, as well as a couple other television stations.

I raised money from Wall Street, and with a partner, built one of the first companies to sell TV ad time directly to agencies on the internet.

This is a collection of what I’ve learned over the years, as well as useful tips on how to build your own company, come up with a name, design a logo, build a website, or even raise money.
