Through The Looking Glass
Subway platform command center reimagined through the music playing in my head. Photoshop, primarily Camera Raw, is the only skill I have that I can do with music playing. I can’t read, or write, do math, build websites or any of the other things I find myself working on during the day. Photoshop though is a different story.
When i was young I would go down to the music store in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and play around with the Moog synthesizer, I thought it was the coolest thing in the world, a big keyboard with ever knob and switch imaginable. I would sit for as long as the the store owner would let me and play around with the sound. I always wanted to get one but I never did. Now when I play with my pictures, I have my music blasting through my Airpods and my computer becomes my Moog keyboard. So much of my work is inspired by the music playing in my head.
